「なすの唐揚げ」レシピ
- 材料を用意する。茄子 2本、片栗粉 適量、山椒塩(お好みで)
- なす2本は皮を剥き、3分ほど水にさらす。
- 水気をよく切り、片栗粉をまぶす(水分が出てしまうので、下味はつけずに片栗粉のみ)
- 180°の油で、表面がカリッとするまで揚げる。
