Point 1
ルビーを使ったフュゼチェーン
伝統的なフュゼチェーン機構には、フュゼ（滑車）に幾重もチェーンを巻きつけるため、個々のリンクが小さく脆い弱点があった。本作ではフュゼの代わりに巻貝状のスネイルカムを備え、またチェーンも頑丈なルビー製の短いタイプにして、この弱点を克服した。
Point 2
プッシュボタン式巻き上げ機構
通常のモデルはリューズを使ってゼンマイを巻き上げるが、本作はケース左側に革新的なプッシュボタン式の巻き上げ機構を搭載。これによりリューズの巻き真が折れるリスクを回避し、動力を平面上で伝えることを可能に。さらに巻き上げ作業も楽しいものとなる。
Point 3
ゼンマイの上下に2枚のサファイアプレート
従来の真鍮製の香箱は、オイルの劣化などによって摩擦が大きくなり、時間の経過とともに円滑な回転が困難になることが多い。そこで本作では、香箱とゼンマイの間に2枚のサファイア製プレートを置き、回転の際の摩擦を軽減すると同時に耐傷性も高めている。
