この機構が凄い！
Point 1
風防と完全に一体化
SSなどの金属で作られる一般的なタイプと違い、本作のゴングに用いた素材はサファイアクリスタル。さらに、その塊から加工した風防ガラスとの一体型スタイルにすることで、耐久性に優れ、均一で力強い、クリスタルのように澄んだチャイム音を実現している。
Point 2
音と音の間に存在する静寂
文字盤の8時位置に見えるのは、チャイムにリズムをもたらす回転ガバナー（調速機）。時、15分、1分の順にチャイムを鳴らす際、通常はそれぞれの静寂時間が異なるが、無音で回転し続けるこのガバナーによって静寂をスキップし、連続的に音が鳴るようにした。
Point 3
インジケーターに同軸表示
ムーブメント内に2つの香箱を備え、1つはミニッツリピーターのストライク機構、1つは通常の時間表示の動力を蓄積。各々のパワーリザーブ残量時間が確認できるよう、2時位置に同軸インジケーターを配して、ブルーの針で前者、シルバーの針で後者を示す。
