この機構が凄い！
Point 1
5400rpmで回転して時計全体を振動させる
バイブレーションを担うローターは中央のスリットに振り子のパーツが備わり、高速回転する際にはこれが振動を増幅する。振動がムーブメントに悪影響を及ぼさないよう、ローターの位置も慎重に設定された。アラーム機構は、すべてムーブメント下部に集約した。
Point 2
8時位置のボタンを押すだけで巻き上げられる
アラーム用の香箱を、専用ボタンで巻き上げる設計もユニーク。12回押すだけで完全に巻き上げられ、12秒間アラーム用ローターを高速回転させる。絶妙なカーブで腕にフィットするトノー型ケースは、振動を手首へと伝達するのにも有利に働く。造形も、機能なのだ。
Point 3
5ポジションになったファンクションキーセレクター
リューズ操作の切り替えは、先端のボタンで操作する。既存のファンクションキーセレクターは、ニュートラル・巻き上げ・針合わせの3ポジションだったが、このモデルではアラームとUTCが加わり、5ポジションに。どのモードなのかは、3時位置の窓で知らせる。
