この機構が凄い！
Point 1
わずか80個ほどのパーツで実現された
最初のクラウス式永久カレンダーは、ベースムーブメントに備わるデイトリングで駆動することで部品点数を劇的に減らした。と同時に、デイトリングがもともともつ早送り機構で全暦表示を一斉送りできる優れた操作性も実現。極めて巧妙な設計は、まさに傑作。
Point 2
日付と曜日とをそれぞれ独立して装備
3時位置の日付と9時位置の曜日の各インダイヤルは、ほかの表示を兼ねさせることなく、見やすくした。実は、1985年誕生のダ・ヴィンチも、3時位置インダイヤルは日付表示単独だった。見る機会が多い、暦表示の視認性を優先するのも、クラウス式の伝統である。
Point 3
同軸積算計内にムーンフェイズ
時分同軸積算計内に、さり気なくムーンフェイズを搭載。12時位置にムーンフェイズを置くのは、1985年のダ・ヴィンチと同じだ。コンパクトな永久カレンダー・モジュールは、より大きく歯数が多いムーンフェイズ用中間車が使え、577.5日で1日の超高精度を得た。
